A: Bravery Training is a mindset for facing the big and small challenges of life. Seeing the challenge as an opportunity to learn. So when we are scared to do something, we decide to fight the fear and with a deep breath, we meet that fear head.
Q: HOW DID BRAVERY TRAINING START?
A: Bravery Training was a part of The Sarkett's childhood, a phrase coined by their father. And something that helped Raika as she moved to new cities and overseas, overcame sports injuries and developed authentic friendships.
Through trial and error Raika learned that bravery isn't about forcing yourself to do what scares you, but a shift in mindset and perspective. And that's what our mission is at Bravery Training. To help men and women improve their mindset.
Q: WHY DID RAIKA START BRAVERY TRAINING?
A: They say you should start a business that you wish already existed. In a world of perfectly filtered photos, curated Instagram feeds and celebrating the resume, I wanted to be apart of a community for people to come together during the training parts of life. To gather the great tools and methods out there and create the framework for deliberate practice and a braver life.
